Glendale Animal Hospital celebrates 27th anniversary
Kittens with colds. Puppies with parvo. Ferrets with the flu. Since opening Glendale Animal Hospital Feb. 1, 1985, veterinarian James William Day has treated thousands of Arizona pets. The Valley native understands the special bond between pets and their people and appreciates the confidence families have in his practice.
“Mutual trust and understanding only comes over time,” Day said. “Over the past 30 years, I’ve developed relationships with generations of families. I am happiest seeing clients and treating their beloved pets.”
Glendale Animal Hospital opened its doors 27 years ago on Grand Avenue. In November 2008, Day moved to a new facility on 75th Avenue near Northern, where the staff provides a variety of services, including: wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, surgical services, and cancer chemotherapy. Certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, Day also offers chiropractic care for small pets.
Day offers pet lovers valuable information through his blog at www.familyvet.com and is available to discuss a variety of pet health issues. He can be reached at 623-934-7243.
