Automotive fuel cell maker Dynetek narrows first-quarter loss, revenues up
CALGARY – Automotive fuel cell maker Dynetek Industries Ltd. (TSX:DNK) said Friday it is considering strategic alternatives, including putting itself up for sale, as it also reported its first-quarter net loss narrowed slightly.
The Calgary-based fuel storage technology company said its management is in discussion with certain parties about strategic alternatives, including a potential sale on a share swap basis.
It added that there is no binding agreement in place and no assurance there will be a deal.
Meanwhile, the company also said its first-quarter loss was $873,000, down from $878,000 during the same quarter of 2011.
